SPF, or Sun Protection Factor,is a measure of how well a sunscreen will protect skin from UVB rays, the kind of radiation that causes sunburn, damages skin, and can contribute to skin cancer.

Our “Aisha” Sunscreen lotion is SPF40 and is easily absorbed into the skin. Its safe to apply on the face as well as exposed parts of the body at least 30 minutes before stepping out. Made from Shea Butter which has natural SPF of 4% is safe to use on babies and young children too.

Sunscreens should be applied 30 minutes before sun exposure to allow the ingredients to fully bind to the skin. Reapplication of sunscreen is just as important as putting it on in the first place, so reapply the same amount every two hours.
