Delivery Timeline
Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday. We cannot always guarantee delivery within our normal timescales to rural areas or if we are experiencing severe weather conditions. 1-2 Day Delivery is available for Lagos State addresses only. Deliveries outside Lagos State take between 3-5 working days All deliveries are made with signed proof.
For Lagos based addresses, all orders placed before 4:00pm on Monday to Friday will be despatched and delivered within 2 days. For Lagos based orders placed on a Friday (after 4:00pm), Saturday or Sunday, they will be despatched on the following Monday and delivered within 2 days (excluding Public Holidays).

Delivery FAQs
Q. What happens if there is no one in to receive my order?
A. If you are out on delivery day, it may be returned and delivered at a time more convenient. The delivery men will always call ahead to manage your expectations.
Q. What happens if I haven't received my order?
A. We will always endeavour to resolve any delivery issues as quickly as possible. If you believe your order has been lost, please contact our Customer Service Team with your order reference number within 10 days from your order dispatch date. No resend or refund will be offered until a full investigation is
complete.
